By creating an account, accessing, or using KRTC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 15 years or older to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts for their children.
  2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

3. Usage Guidelines

  1. KRTC is intended for learning, teaching, and consultation. Any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
  2. Users are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activities carried out under their account.
  3. Users must interact respectfully with teachers, students, and administrators.
  4. Certified teachers are responsible for delivering professional and ethical lessons.
  5. All users are prohibited for unauthorized commercial use of the platform, attempting to hack the system, or sharing inappropriate content during lessons.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  1. Payments for lessons are made via credit-based transactions, only through the approved payment gateway commissioned by KRTC.
  2. Users can purchase credits within the app. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Teachers will receive payouts based on completed lessons, as per the agreed terms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made in advance of scheduled lessons. Late cancellations may result in forfeited credits.
  2. Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. KRTC owns all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including designs, logos, and content.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. KRTC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorized access.
  2. Teachers are independent contractors, and KRTC is not responsible for their conduct.

8. Data Ownership

  1. KRTC owns the data uploaded by users and teachers. This is not limited to lesson materials or user-submitted content.
  2. KRTC has the authority to retain the data and information to improve our services and marketing.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Termination

  1. KRTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Credits purchased are non-refundable.
